Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella
Directions
Make Meat Mixture: In a bowl, combine ground meat, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form Balls: Scoop a portion of meat mixture, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and form into a ball around it. Repeat until all are done.
Cook Meatballs: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot, with marinara sauce or on their own!
