1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Instructions
Grease a nonstick skillet or deep frying pan with butter or oil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until creamy and light.
Add the yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract, then mix well until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients while stirring gently to avoid lumps.
Pour the batter into the prepared skillet and spread evenly.
Cover the pan tightly with a lid and cook on very low heat for about 35 to 45 minutes.
Check the center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Carefully flip the cake and cook the other side for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
